Goals The main objective of this course is to enable students to have knowledge about the management of logistics operations.
Course Content Introduction to logistics management, basic concepts of logistics, the importance of logistics management in enterprises and supply chain management, transportation management, inventory management, warehouse management, logistics capacity planning, retail logistics, exhibition and event logistics, project and construction logistics, hazardous Article logistics, pharmaceutical and hospital logistics, medical waste logistics.
