Goals Learners will be able to understand basic terms and concepts of psychology, different approaches to psychology discipline and their main arguments, research methods of different schools of psychology.

1 Acquire a general sociological perspective.
2 Acquire knowledge of the basic characteristics of sociological method and the stages of sociological inquiry; comprehension of the required concepts for a social scientific inquiry and the methods for a sociological research, and also to be able to use them in an applied research.
