Goals The aim of the course is to provide the student with the necessary - To gain the ability to evaluate spatial data, - To provide the knowledge of applying spatial statistics techniques by utilizing GIS A special focus on ecotourism practices.
Course Content Students are given a set of applied statistical tools and modeling frameworks for statistical analysis of spatial data that can be used in professional life. As an outcome of the course, students will be able to: 1- Apply basic tools and functions in spatial statistics in GIS 2- In terms of appropriate techniques, functions and methods Can create statistical analysis flows. 3- Understand, modify and/or adapt existing scenarios in ecotourism studies. 4- Apply spatial regression methods. 5- Perform spatial statistical operations in ecotourism studies.
