Goals Investigation of information learnt to biochemistry lesson and information of quantify and quality analysis methods
Course Content Investigation of some properties of amino acids and proteins, - Electrometric titration of amino acids, - Investigation of protein-formaldehyde interaction, - Determination of glycin concentration by formole titration, - Specific colour reactions for estimation of peptid structure, - Characterization of carbohydrates, - Sugar determination methods, - Enzyme activity measurement methods, - Kinetical characterization of enzymes, - Determination of some vitamins, - Quantitative protein determination methods.

1 Students learn how to prepare buffer solutions.
2 Students know the qualitative determination of amino acids and the concepts of acidity and basicity.
