Course Content Introduction to nutrition, healthy lifestyle of nutrition in place, descriptions related to nutrition, food science development, the definition of adequate and balanced nutrition. Of nutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals and water) description, composition, chemical structure, classification, nutritional importance and functions, the requirement level and taken daily recommended amount, sources overbought and toxicity, deficiency of nutrients, digestion, absorption and metabolism. The body's energy requirements and energy balance, body weight control, nutrition pyramid, food labels, food safety, and reliability of the energy value of food, energy imbalance problems
