Goals The aim of this course is to train students with basic knowledge about the Turkish Commercial Code
Course Content To know the business is subject to commercial legislation. To understand the problems and solutions in commercial life. To understand the basic information about the management of companies. To define the problems about trade stocks, properties, types, and commercial life of the bonds.
