| Goals | Improving the academic understanding of subjects pertaining to Islamic criminal law and inheritance law. |
| Course Content | Topics related to Islamic criminal law and inheritance law will be presented alongside classical sources, the views of contemporary scholars, and in comparison with secular law. |
