Goals To give information about the nature of Islamic legal procedure, the evidence and the principles of judgment.
Course Content In this course, the nature, purpose, birth and formation of the fiqh method, the provisions and parts of the taxpayer and the act, the theory of judgment, the methods of decision-making, the purposes of judgments, case-law, the ways of proofs, the order of proof, nesih and place methods, the purposes of the provisions, case-law issues will be discussed.
