Goals Considering the development of the novel in western literature, it is aimed to interpret the historical development of the Turkish novel after 1950, especially the postmodern novel, to determine the basic concepts of the postmodern novel, to learn the development line of the recent Turkish novel, to learn about the life, literary personality and novels of the novelists of the period and to analyze sample novels.
