Goals To comprehend the content and general theory of the family civil law.
Course Content General provisions on marriage and related concepts such as the dissolution of marriage, the right to property during and after the dissolution of marriage, kinship, custody of children, guardianship, maintenance allowance, trusteeship and legal consultation will be analyzed together with case studies taken from High Court case law.
