Goals Learning the general properties and concepts of materials required for architectural education, examining application methods and techniques, gaining research efficiency.
Course Content Building-material-design relationship. Basic properties of building materials. Natural stones, Aggregate and Binding materials (cement-lime, gypsum) Concrete, Special Concrete, Polymer, Wood, Clay, Glass, Metal, Insulation materials and applications, Modern materials in building overview
