| Goals | It is aimed to teach the basic design principles to be used in the design process, to show the basic design principles in order to increase creative ability and to gain the necessary skills to use them in applications. |
| Course Content | Design principles and elements, visual communication and perception in visual arts, shape-ground relation, space, form and geometry, space in architecture, design elements (line, direction, measure, texture, form, color, value) and design principles (harmony, contrast , hierarchy, unity, sovereignty, balance), perception / comprehension in two and three dimensional compositions. |
