Goals The course aims to provide trainee coaches with professional training to experience the theoretical and practice-oriented skills they have acquired in their field of expertise under different conditions and environments.
Course Content This course enables trainee coaches to experience the theoretical and practice-oriented skills they have acquired in their field of expertise under various conditions and environments. Students gain professional experience through field applications, individual and group exercises, and technical and tactical practices. Throughout the course, observation, analysis, and evaluation methods are applied to strengthen competencies and develop professional decision-making skills.
