Goals It is aimed to teach the concepts of physical fitness, basic training methods for the development and protection of physical fitness, and the analysis of body composition.
Course Content Introducing the components of physical fitness for health and performance, theoretical and practical application of training programs that can improve them, writing exercise prescriptions; analysis of body composition.
