Goals Basic concepts of training; learns the theory and practice of methods for developing flexibility and muscle strength, which is one of the basic motoric features.
Course Content Basic principles of training principles, warm-up phases and goals in different age groups, flexibility practice and training, strength training and training, the application and application skills of these methods and examples.
