Course Content Warm Up Shapes, Movement Concepts, Basic Movement Skills, Pre-Working Techniques, Assistance Shapes Displacement Movements (Jumping, Walking, Running, Sliding etc.), Balancing, Object Control Movement, Basic Rhythm Training, Basic Movement Skills Development Using Movement Analysis Diagram and Preparing a Gymnastics Lesson
