Goals In this course, it is aimed to give information about syllabic verse/prosody, rhyme/rhyme and verse forms and to reinforce them with applications.
Course Content This course examines the structural and technical features of Turkish poetry. It covers the syllabic and quantitative (aruz) meters that provide harmony, as well as rhyme, redif, and poetic forms structured in distichs and stanzas. The main objective of the course is to perform meter and form analysis on texts through theoretical knowledge.
