Goals The aim of this course is to teach architectural model making techniques to building draftsmanship students; to gain the ability to create realistic three- dimensional presentations with model scale, material selection, use of tools and equipment and detail workmanship.
Course Content This course covers the fundamental techniques of architectural model making. Topics include scale concepts, material selection, use of hand tools, volume–void relationships, and surface finishing, focusing on the three-dimensional representation of architectural projects.
Learning Outcomes
# Öğrenme Kazanımı
1 Reduces the architectural project to the appropriate scale and prepares a model plan.
2 Interprets the three-dimensional volume-void relationship correctly on the model.
