Mode of delivery The course is delivered primarily through lectures, supported by examples and hands-on practice. Students develop their 3D modeling skills through applied exercises.
Course Coordinator Öğr. Gör. Elif SAHTİYANCI
Instructor(s) Öğr. Gör. Elif SAHTİYANCI (Bahar)
Goals The aim of this course is to teach 3D architectural modeling tools based on the SketchUp program to building draftsmanship students; to gain the ability to construct design concepts at the right scale, to create 3D models ready for presentation by applying materials and textures.
Course Content This course focuses on three-dimensional architectural modeling using SketchUp. Topics include basic 3D drawing tools, grouping and component management, material and texture application, and the development of presentation-ready architectural models at the residential scale.
Learning Outcomes
