Goals In this course, the student will synthesize the fundamental knowledge gained from their architectural drawing training before moving on to advanced projects, and will create a small-scale, application-oriented building project focusing on structures.
Course Content Correct use of technical drawing instruments; line weights and hierarchy, freehand sketching, and architectural hatching techniques; drafting discipline using graphite pencils and technical ink; principles of orthographic projections, projection planes, and multiview representation; axonometric perspective as a 3D visual communication tool; stair design and typologies, including the preparation of stair plans and sectional details; architectural sheet layout standards, title block design, and the concept of scale; site plan criteria, extracting elevations and cross-sections from plans, and 1/50 scale architectural construction drawing standards.
Learning Outcomes
# Öğrenme Kazanımı
1 The Students will apply the spatial design knowledge he gained in the building information course to his new project.
2 The Students will apply the spatial design knowledge she gained in this course to her new project.
3 The Students will learn a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) program for architectural project drawing.
4 The students will apply what they have learned about drawing techniques in the project.
5 By the end of this course, students will learn how to start and complete a practical project.
