| Goals | Management concepts, functions, management and organizational development of historical thought and to examine and discuss new developments. |
| Course Content | Management approaches and the evolution of management theory. Classical management approaches, Taylor, Fayol, Weber and others. Neoclassical-human relations approach, the basic theoretical opinions-McGregor- xy-, Homans, Argyris, Likert, Lewin. Contemporary management approaches, voluntarist vision, systems approach, the contingency approach. Japanese management practices in the face of the Western management style theory and Z theory. Excellence in management approach. Goal setting and planning organizations in management decision-making process. The importance and principles of organizing, The main criteria used in organizations. Job descriptions and positions in organizations, the distribution of authority and responsibility. Organizational units coordination, organization and implementation of control activities. Communication and communication between individuals. Analysis of leadership behavior in organizations and leaders. Motivation in organizations. Conflict and conflict resolution in organizations. |
