Goals To gain knowledges about the fungus deteriorating wod materials, general features, living conditions, the rotten kinds formed by fungus, the tree species damaged by fungus, and economical hazards of rotten fungus.
Course Content The chemical and physical features of wood,The general characteristics of fungus,Classifications of fungus The important fungus damaged wood material,The living conditions of fungus ,White and Brown Rot,The changes of woods' chemical structure formed by fungal decay,The important fungus living house, warehouse, depot, and living trees,The biochemistry of rotten and enzyimes The decompozition of wood component,The physical changes caused by fungus ,The changes in the mechanical and technologic features of wood,The features of important fungus The investigate technic of decayed wood

1 After completing the course, the students should be able to: Knowledge: Describe the destruction of fungus, brown and white rot fungus, Skill :what kind of rottests can be the wood mterial? Identify of rot species, Competence: The decayed wood material can known. The conditions of wood materials are appropriate or not the fungus growth.
