Goals To address the theoretical background and local values of local governments, which constitute an important part of public administration, and within this framework, the local government units in our country, their duties, powers, institutions, organizational structure, organization, financial structure, relations between administrations, etc. to examine in all aspects.
Course Content Definition, importance and values of local administrations; decentralization and local administrations, local administrations and local democracy in the Constitutions, local administrative institutions; Municipality, Metropolitan Municipality, Special Provincial Administration and Villages; duties, bodies and management, local administration associations, service methods in local administrations, central administration-local administration relations, development of local administrations, local administrations and citizenship relations
