Goals The aim of this course is to provide an understanding of the fundamental plastic elements, qualitative and quantitative components, and principles of composition in painting; to develop the ability to use these elements through practice; and to contribute to the development of students' visual expression skills by effectively using basic art forms.
Course Content This course covers fundamental art elements, including visual perception, selection, and organizational skills. The basic codes of art and the elements that constitute a work of art are examined; the fundamental structures and structural characteristics of painting are supported by practical applications. Furthermore, the processes of form and shape creation are emphasized, encouraging students to develop new forms and approaches.

4 Student performs texture studies with two and three-dimensional arrangements on the surface.
5 Student creates original compositions using the principles of balance, rhythm, contrast, and perspective.
6 Student applies basic art materials and techniques in black-and-white, color, and three-dimensional works.
7 They develop original and creative designs based on natural and artificial environments.
8 They value aesthetic principles in the artistic production process and are enthusiastic about creative work.
