| Goals | To teach the importance of the language and the structure of the Turkish language, teaching the historical periods of the Turkic language; To develop the ability of the Turkic people to comprehend the structure of sound and form and to express what the student listens, reads, sees and thinks in a planned, effective and fluent way both in writing and in writing. |
