| Goals | This course enables students to understand the basic concepts, functioning and institutions of the financial sector. The aim of the course is to teach the functioning of financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, investment institutions, to understand and manage financial risks, to introduce the main elements, institutions, tools, legal status and functioning of the financial system, to give detailed information about interest rates, which are the most important variables in the financial system.
