| Goals | To explain the concepts related to economic growth, to be able to answer the basic questions about growth from past to present within the framework of growth theories, to reveal the importance and conditions of economic growth. |
| Course Content | Basic concepts of economic growth process. Classical growth models, Ricardo Growth Model. Marxist Growth Theory, Harrod-Domar Growth Model in Keynesian direction, Solow-Swan Growth Model in Neoclassical direction, Endogenous Growth Models, Human Capital Growth Model Convergence hypothesis of the Neoclassical model extended with exogenous technological change and human capital. Ramsey model in the context of optimal growth model. AK approach |
