Goals It is aimed to introduce the basic concepts of health psychology and related research methods.
Course Content Psychological factors that play a role in health and illness, concepts related to illness and well-being, health-related beliefs, addiction, pain, stress, health-threatening behaviors, the effects of stress on illness, ways to adapt to chronic illnesses, and coping skills will be described in this course.
