| Goals | The aim of this course is to examine classical, modern, and contemporary management theories that form the foundation of management processes in healthcare institutions and evaluate their applicability to healthcare organizations. The course aims to equip students with the ability to identify management issues specific to the healthcare sector and develop solutions and strategic decision-making skills based on these theories. |
