Goals The aim of this course is to examine classical, modern, and contemporary management theories that form the foundation of management processes in healthcare institutions and evaluate their applicability to healthcare organizations. The course aims to equip students with the ability to identify management issues specific to the healthcare sector and develop solutions and strategic decision-making skills based on these theories.
Course Content The course covers classical management theories, modern management theories, systems approach, contingency theory, innovative leadership approaches, and strategic management processes. It also focuses on the effects and applications of these theories in the healthcare sector, as well as the management challenges arising in this context.
