| Course Content | The Organizational Development course aims to teach students the fundamentals of different organizational structures, strategic alignment, change management, and the impact of environmental factors on organizational design. It also explores the role of organizational culture and communication processes on organizational structures. Students will learn to create effective organizational structures through various management models and organizational design theories. |
