Mode of delivery The course will be delivered through weekly theoretical lectures, case studies, group work, and project assignments. Students will actively participate in discussions on the basic principles and practices of organizational design through group projects and case studies. Additionally, practical solutions related to organizational design will be explored using digital tools and interactive materials.

Goals To have information about current approaches that reveal the structure, operation and interactions of health institutions.
Course Content The Organizational Development course aims to teach students the fundamentals of different organizational structures, strategic alignment, change management, and the impact of environmental factors on organizational design. It also explores the role of organizational culture and communication processes on organizational structures. Students will learn to create effective organizational structures through various management models and organizational design theories.
