Goals | To make every young person with higher education comprehend the structure and functioning of their mother tongue properly. To gain the ability to use Turkish correctly and beautifully as a means of written and oral expression in terms of language-thought connection. It is to make a unifying and integrative language dominate in education and to raise young people who have a consciousness of their mother tongue. |

The place of the Turkish language among the world languages and the historical periods of the Turkish language. Sounds in Turkish and their classification, phonetic features of Turkish, and rules about phonetics. Turkish affixes and their application, general information about composition.
