Goals To teach information about healthy nutrition, principles and nutritional features to reach maximum performance in athletes, to gain the skills of making a healthy and sports-appropriate nutrition plan.
Course Content Daily energy consumption and calculation methods, Nutrients, Nutrition suitable for energy and sports, Optimizing body composition with healthy nutrition, Child nutrition, Nutrition in aerobic sports, Nutrition in weight sports, Travel nutrition planning.
