Goals This course aims to give basic information about the management sciences and management dimensions of students and physical education, sport and teach basic principles and aspects of recreation management and understanding of the basic terms of organizational issues, the teachers in sports management, coach and leader of the task, showing responsibility and leadership skills, Turkey Physical education, sports and recreation structuring and understanding the structure of sports organizations and school sports, examining sports-related areas (recreation and activity, sponsorship, management and ethics with values, employment, education, sports and recreation activities in education) general examination (law, regulation, rule, principle, ethical codes, etc.).
Course Content 1. Definition of organization and management, development of management understanding (Classical, Neo-Classical Approaches) 2. Modern and Contemporary Approaches in Management Science, 3. Dimensions of management: Purpose and Structure Size, 4. Dimensions of management: Process and Climate Dimension, 5. Management with values, merit and ethical codes, 6. Definition of sports management, organizations in sports management (ministry, federation, club, NGO, association, foundation, factory etc.), 7. Organization of sport management in Turkey (General History Process) 8. Examination of organizational structures and regulations (youth and sports provincial directorates, definition of sports clubs, sports federation, etc.), 9. What is an organization? Definition (activity, activity, competition, etc.), 10. Managerial examination of sports and recreational organizations in terms of various dimensions (national and international, according to their aims, regulations and budgets, etc.) 11. Who is the leader and manager? 12. Definition of management and management in education, sports and recreation (minister, manager, president, manager, teacher, coach, leader, coach etc.), 13. Basic principles related to planning, management and operation of sports and recreation facilities, 14. In Physical Education and Sports Teaching; Examining and discussing case studies and manager behaviors in sports and recreation management.
