Goals To gain knowledge and skills about children with special needs and their general characteristics. To gain information about the reasons for special needs, diagnosis and education. Gaining knowledge about mainstreaming applications. To gain knowledge about working with families.
Course Content Children with special needs and special education, developmental disabilities, intellectual disability and autistic disorders, learning difficulties, hearing impairments, language and speech disorders, emotional and behavioral disorders, visual impairments, physical disabilities, giftedness and talent, inclusion, early education, Worldwide and special education practices in Turkey.
