Goals Gaining coaching knowledge and skills that can prepare performance improvement trainings in individual and team sports.
Course Content Basic Concepts in Sportive Training, Classification of Sport Disciplines and Training Methods, Principles of Sportive Training, Violence Norms, Energy Paths and Consumption, Force Types and Concepts, General Strength Training, Combined Strength Training, Strength Tests and Evaluation, Speed ​​and Speed ​​Training, Speed ​​Development Methods , Speed ​​Training Practices, Speed ​​Tests and Evaluation.
