Goals To give students the ability to apply the basic techniques of gymnastics.
Course Content Course content; It covers the definition of terms specific to gymnastics, the historical development process, the introduction of gymnastics equipment, basic posture, walking, and flexibility exercises.

6. Week Step-by-step exercises of forward somersaults and backwards somersaults
7. Week Open stretched forward and backward somersault, closed tensioned forward and backward somersault techniques and practice exercises

9. Week Handstand movement and stepping techniques and practice studies

11. Week Kartvil movement and cascading practice studies
