Goals
|
It is aimed that students acquire information about text, text functions, text types and how they are used in language lessons, as well as linguistic text analysis.

Course Content
|
In the course, the subject of textlinguistics, which is a sub-branch of linguistics, is discussed. In particular, the concept of text, text creation and perception processes, text functions and types are examined in practice and the use of text in foreign language teaching is evaluated.
