| Goals | The aim of this course is to teach the physical, human and economic characteristics of Turkey and to understand the place and importance of Turkey on the world to students. |
| Course Content | Location and location of Turkey: geopolitical and geostrategic situation and characteristics of Turkey, mathematical location properties, special location properties (neighbors), country groups properties (political, military, economic, cultural organizations), physical characteristics of Turkey (climate, hydrographic characteristics, soil structure, vegetation cover), socioeconomic characteristics (population, settlement, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, energy, industry, transport, tourism). |
