Goals The types of materials used in the industrial area to recognize, to understand the basic properties, the ability to select the most suitable material for design to win. General features of the machine technician profession, principles and tasks to comprehend. Adjustable measuring and control instruments of knowledge and skills to understand the process and can measure. To understand the merge process can not be removed, electric arc, oxy-acetylene welded joints
Course Content - Can classify materials (metallic materials, ceramic materials, organic materials) - DK1- Measurement methods, errors made and precautions to be taken - DK2- Understands caliper and micrometer types and measurement principles - DK3- To understand the types and characteristics of unremovable merge - DK4- Electric arc welding machine types, accessories, electrodes and basic operations - DK5- Understands the important parts, accessories and functions of a universal lathe and knows the basic knowledge and skills operations.
