Goals To ensure recognition of the developmental characteristics and educational needs of children with special needs in early childhood; to help them grasp early intervention, inclusion, and support education approaches; and to provide knowledge and awareness so they can plan appropriate learning environments, teaching strategies, and family participation practices for children with special needs.
