Goals To train individuals who can prepare patterns, create motifs, prepare paper and gold, and create illumination compositions for illumination, one of the Turkish decorative arts.
Course Content To be able to make the composition in the first stage of illumination created from classical motifs. Learning how to create compositions and prepare murakka.

1 -Transfers the composition and technique and color information learned about the art of Turkish Illumination -Knows the historical development of the rings in the art of Turkish illumination. -Designs by knowing the floral and animal motifs used in Turkish illumination art. -Designs by knowing the rules of drawing folk art and illumination. -Knows the types of halkar and illumination and adapts the design by painting according to these types.
