Goals The aim of this course is to develop graduate students' skills in planning, conducting, and reporting scientific research processes in accordance with ethical principles; and to raise awareness of scientific ethics, research methods, and academic integrity.
Course Content The nature of scientific knowledge, the concept of ethics and principles of scientific ethics; types and methods of research; defining a research problem; literature review; data collection techniques; data analysis; academic writing rules; plagiarism and ethical violations; preparing research reports; ethics committee processes.
