| Goals | The aim of this course is to introduce the concept of risk and types of disasters, to evaluate the causes and impacts of work accidents and occupational diseases, and to teach risk management and risk assessment processes for emergency situations. The course also aims to provide knowledge on the analysis of physical risk factors, the application of qualitative, quantitative, and hybrid risk assessment methods, the selection of personal protective equipment, and the functioning of occupational health and safety boards. Furthermore, the course aims to develop students' skills in conducting emergency risk analysis. |
