| Goals | Beginning with the concept of entrepreneurship in economic literature and a brief historical overview, this course addresses the entire process of transforming a business idea into a successful venture. It aims to raise awareness about the various aspects and dimensions of the entrepreneurship phenomenon, to examine the conditions that enable and promote entrepreneurship, and to teach how business plans are prepared. |
| Course Content | Concept of entrepreneurship and its place in economic literature; process of becoming an entrepreneur and historical development; characteristics of the entrepreneur; developing and evaluating business ideas; preparing a business plan; sources of financing and capital structure; marketing and sales strategies; legal structures and company formation processes; risk management; social entrepreneurship; technology entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem; case analyses. |
