Goals The aim of this course is to introduce students to the basic concepts of communication. In addition, introducing the sub-topics of technical communication is one of the sub-objectives of the course. Understanding the communication with health consumers, especially in health institutions, is one of the sub-objectives of the course.
Course Content Basic concepts of communication, Definition, scope and purpose of communication, process, Communication Types and barriers, Organizational communication, Official private and business writings, Technical communication, Form editing and graphic communication, Information technologies and communication, Communication in health services, Health consumer and Communication, The concept of stress and awareness in health professionals, Legal and ethical dimensions in communication.
