Goals The aim of the course, the source of the Turkish Commercial Code and related regulations that constitute commercial matters to teaching and the legal case against these legal matters whether as a result of reasoning is to ensure access to accurate.
Course Content Commercial Law Structure, Commercial Business, Commercial Contracts, Commercial Judicial System, Sue Period, Trade Registry Office, Trading Companies, Shares and equity instruments, Bankruptcy and Pledge, Securities, Foreign Securities concept.

1 Explains the basic concepts of law on commercial law, the scope of commercial law and the systematic system of the Turkish Commercial Code.
2 Analyzes the concept of commercial enterprise, elements of the commercial enterprise and the legal consequences of becoming a commercial enterprise.
3 It evaluates the concept of merchants, the rights and obligations of being a merchant.
4 It compares the powers and responsibilities by sorting the assistants of the trader according to their type.
5 It explains the concepts of trade registry, trade title, business name, trademark, unfair competition and commercial book together with their legal consequences.
6 Analyzes the concepts of company and commercial company, elements and responsibility structures of companies.
7 The ordinary partnership compares the types of collective, compacted, joint stock and limited liability companies in terms of establishment, management and termination.
8 It develops legal solution proposal by evaluating the legal events encountered in commercial life within the framework of commercial law rules.
