Goals The aim of the course, the source of the Turkish Commercial Code and related regulations that constitute commercial matters to teaching and the legal case against these legal matters whether as a result of reasoning is to ensure access to accurate.
Course Content Commercial Law Structure, Commercial Business, Commercial Contracts, Commercial Judicial System, Sue Period, Trade Registry Office, Trading Companies, Shares and equity instruments, Bankruptcy and Pledge, Securities, Foreign Securities concept.
