Goals Course Objectives This course aims to recognize the main operation machines which are being used at furniture production and also laws of wood processing.
Course Content The students who complete this course successfully; • Gains extensive information about wood processing machines.machines. • Maintenance and repair of machines used in wood makes • Defines the principles of safe operation of machines used in wood industry • Woodworking machinery used in industry will follow the technological development • Woodworking machinery used in industry production output accounts by the speed of operation

6. Week Lumber and panel sizing machines (lenght sizing machine, Circular sawing machines); properties, operation, occupational safety, cutters, maintenance and grinding.
