Goals Obtaining the knowledge of collective labor law and improving the ability of students to analyze this knowledge in the light of case studies
Course Content The content of this course consists of the establishment, functioning and termination of trade unions, their relations with their members, the concept of collective bargaining, collective disputes, strikes and lockouts.
