Goals It is for students to understand the functioning of businesses and to recognize the functions of the business.
Course Content Development of business management, Business as an economic unit and its types, Establishment studies of business, Legal aspects of business types, business management, production, finance, marketing, human resources, public relations, research and development, accounting functions.

1 Explains the fundamental concepts of business administration and the role of businesses within the economic system.
2 Analyzes the relationship between businesses and their environment and evaluates the effects of environmental factors on businesses.
3 Classifies and compares different types of businesses according to ownership, size, and field of activity.
4 Evaluates the business establishment process and the factors affecting location selection.
5 Explains the basic principles of the management function and the management process in organizations.
6 Defines the main business functions (procurement, production, marketing, finance, accounting, and human resources) and explains the relationships among them.
7 Interprets the contribution of public relations and research & development activities to the competitiveness of businesses.
8 Evaluates the importance of business functions for overall organizational performance and sustainability.
