| Goals | The aim of this course is to understand the phenomenon of the European Union and the social, economic, and cultural factors that have influenced its emergence. The course objectives include examining the historical developments leading to the formation of the Union, comprehending the EU's common acquis, understanding the EU institutions, and their functioning. Additionally, students taking this course are expected to gain knowledge about the EU's common social policies and health practices, as well as identifying the similarities and differences between these and the health policies implemented in Turkey. |
